Our head covers are handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail, using the finest materials we can get our hands on. 

If for any reason you feel the product is not as described or you are unhappy with the manufacturing and/or consider it faulty please email with details of your request and we will endeavour to find a solution.

A refund, credit note or exchange will be issued upon receipt of any faulty returns.

The buyer is to pay shipping cost on any returns, unless agreed to prior.

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.


We use Sendle (a third party booking company) both locally and internationally for the vast majority of our shipping, as all deliveries are 100% carbon offset. From time to time we will use Australia Post for some rural areas, as we find it is generally more efficient and cost effective than Sendle in some of these locations.
