If for any reason you feel the product is not as described or you are unhappy with the manufacturing and/or consider it faulty please email email@example.com with details of your request and we will endeavour to find a solution.
A refund, credit note or exchange will be issued upon receipt of any faulty returns.
The buyer is to pay shipping cost on any returns, unless agreed to prior.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.
We use Australia Post both locally and internationally for the vast majority of our shipping, from time to time we will use alternative methods if it is a better option. Please note, we do not take responsibility for goods once they are in the hands of the chosen courier/forwarder and the buyer is bound by the couriers terms & conditions, please let us know if you would like to take out extra insurance on your shipment and we will factor it into the cost.
